LET ME BE HEARD – VIRTUAL GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR TEEN GIRLS

13-18 years old
Let me be HEaRd is an 8-week long evidence-based group psychotherapy offering for teenaged girls. This group psychotherapy offering is designed to address relevant stressors and challenges faced by young women in today’s society. This group will focus on developing HER whole self through trust-building exercises, self-care and self-worth evaluations, self-expression, family dynamics, and effective communication. Our goal is to increase HER ability to make appropriate and healthy decisions, and develop imperative independent skills, while learning and engaging with peers who have similar experiences to build connections with HERSELF and others. This virtual psychotherapy group will be led by CPBC Chief Clinical Officer and participants will engage with peers with similar experiences to explore a variety of topics which include but are not limited to:
-coping strategies
-social media and peer influence
-leadership
-gender roles
-belonging and acceptance
-healthy relationships
-emotion regulation and modulation
-body image and self-esteem
-anxiety and depression

Let me be HEard is an 8-week long evidence-based group psychotherapy offering for teenaged boys. This group psychotherapy offering is designed to address relevant stressors and challenges faced by young men in today’s society. The group will focus on developing expressive skills, building trust, self-worth and acceptance evaluations, family dynamics, and effective communication development. Our goal is to engage young men and create a safe space where they can express themselves openly and honestly amongst peers with similar experiences. This virtual psychotherapy group will be led by CPBC Chief Clinical Officer and participants will engage with peers with similar experiences to explore a variety of topics which include but are not limited to:

 -self-discipline and coping strategies

-masculinity expectations

-gender roles

-leadership

-belonging and acceptance

-authority and relationships

-emotion regulation and modulation

-depression and anxiety

I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY LGBTQ VOICES – VIRTUAL GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR LGBTQ TEEN YOUTH

13-18 years old
I Have Something To Say – LGBTQ Voices is an 8-week long evidenced-based group psychotherapy offering for LBGTQ teens experiencing challenges expressing themselves due to a variety of external and internal factors in today’s society. These factors may include acceptance, family dynamics, forming relationships, gender identification, sexual orientation, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. The group will exclusively focus on young adults within the LBGTQ community seeking a safe space to reflect, process, and explore relevant issues impacting LBGTQ teenagers in their daily lives. This virtual psychotherapy group will be led by CPBC Chief Clinical Officer and participants will engage with peers with similar experiences to explore a variety of topics which include but are not limited to:
-self-worth and confidence
-emotion regulation and modulation
-sexual orientation identification and disclosure
-stigma and discrimination
-leadership
-exploring gender roles
-peer influence
- building healthy relationships
-anxiety and depression
